Audio Resources
These audio files are a supplement to traditional Mysore-style practice, especially in cases when you’re not able to get to a Mysore class every day. Use these as a guide for practice at home and come back to your teacher as regularly as possible, to see your practice grow and to reap the benefits. My hope is that there is enough verbal description (more in the shorter practice, less in the longer practices) that you’ll know what you’re doing, but not so much that it’s overwhelming. These tracks are not intended to teach yoga or asana, rather to be a simple practice aid for what you have already learned. Feel free to contact me (elliewannemacher at gmail) with questions.
Aim to practice (whether that means coming to a class, using this audio guide or practicing on your own) at least 3-4 times per week to see growth.
Read the descriptions, as the track order has been edited.
